A lot of the times a modern house feels very sterile, the challange was to make it cozy.-The living room and kitchen are seperated by a roomdevider, that way the room feels like it has a lot of space, and still has separate sections.
-The master bedroom is directly connected to the balcony, from there you have a great view over the landscape surrounding the house.
-The other bedroom is a little smaller, but has a fun layout and a lot of privacy thanks to the striped windows.
-The balcony and garden are directly connected via stairs, that way the garden gets extended to the second floor.
