Note: this restaurant is huge, and I recommend that you need to use this mod http://modthesims.info/d/557829 to make a profit if you want to own this restaurant, I suggest 2x flavor it's balanced.
The game thinks it has mods in it even though I didn't put any of them. so you need to tick "Include custom contents" box in the gallery
The painted reference artworks are from the painting skill, so don't worry about downloading it from third party sources, the game will automatically generate it.
put the extracted files in the tray folder.
