43-Sinfonia (NO CC)
This home cost me a crazy effort, I did not even use a CC.
I have to say I prefer my personal version, with all the CCs making it more realistic. I put some photos as an example.
But apart from the decor I love the architecture and I hope you will appreciate it too.
Two floors
Ground floor with entrance, master bedroom with bathroom, two bedrooms and another bathroom.
Basement with living and dining area, kitchen, gym, a unfurnished room and large outdoor area with swimming pool and another outdoor dining area.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
