26-A Homey Home - 3BR/2BA [NO CC]
Home is where your heart is, and this might be the right place to keep your sims' heart in. Perfect home for a 3-sim family.
Hope you will like it since it took a while (a lot of time actually) to recreate this beautiful house and of course, modify it's structure as I liked... I especially modified the back of the house and the second floor.
For the house-interior I used mostly simple base-game items, also not very good equipment (e.g. the fridge that is falling apart and the ancient computer)
Anyways, The point is I worked hard on making this for me and you guys, so have fun using this lot in your sim-games and happy simming.

"A Homey Home" is partially a recreated version of PolarBearSims 's TS3 Lot "Hydrangea Reno", ( you can view PolarBearSims's original lot here ) but it's also a heavily modified version as the back of the house is fully changed and the top floor is also very different.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
