37-Santa's Cove
A little, early holiday gift from me to you. Early because holidays have a way of flying right past you in the blink of an eye.
I give you Santa's Cove, a lot made specially to give your child Sims a chance to meet Santa and tell him all their dearest wishes.
This is a very tiny lot that can fit just about anywhere, including a backyard, or even inside a department store. It could be that neighborhood display that everyone comes by to take pictures in front of. You can even turn your own Sim into that jolly old elf and have them occupy the chair of honor.

Optional:
If you choose to put a Santa Sim in the lot, you might find ALuckyDay's set of family poses useful. They include children sitting on their parent's laps, so you can take shots of your little Sims on Santa's lap.
There is a link on the page for the necessary pose player (allows you to pose the Sim) and teleport statue (to help you position your Sims correctly). To get the best results, make sure you have both.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
