Residential: Anichkov House

18-Anichkov House (no CC)

Anichkov House
This house's style is influenced by traditional Russian "Dacha" architecture as well as elements from traditional Filipino "Bahay na Bato" architecture. It has four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a spare room which can be used as a guest bedroom or a study room, in this build, I've used the spare room as a painter's room since the last owner of the house was a painter but you can use the spare room to your liking. It also has a family room, a study room, a reception room, dining room, kitchen and a storage area.

Story of the House:
The house was built by Pavel Anichkov for his family in 1798. He was a middle class businessman in Willow Creek but they only stayed in the house for 20 years due to financial problems, they were forced to sell the house after their family business got bankrupt. Since then, the house had been sold to different owners, with the painter Antoine Bordeaux being the last owner of the house. He lived in Anichkov house with his wife for 10 years before moving to London. They had no children and only used the master bedroom and the whole first floor while the rest of the second floor was left unfurnished.

The first floor consists of:
- Foyer
- Drawing Room/ Living Room
- Dining Room
- Bathroom
- Kitchen
- Family Room
- Storage Area
- Spare Room (in which Antoine Bordeaux converted into his space for painting)

The second floor consists of:
- Master's bedroom
- Master's bathroom
- Office
- Two bedrooms facing the street (both has bathrooms)
- Bedroom facing the backyard (with its own bathroom as well)

This lot has no CC.
