It had to be something she could afford, but I didn't want a dump, either. So here is a cute little starter that doesn't look as affordable as it actually is! It's CC free and uses base game items only. All appliances are upgraded.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
