10-BTC Childhood Store
Family play in The Sims has always been the number one aspect that I enjoy, and it's not a family without kids!
So an entire store dedicated to selling all of the items that a growing Sim family needs is a must-have community lot in my games.
Enter the BTC (Baby-Toddler-Child) Childhood Store.
Sims can visit and purchase everything they could possibly want or need for their precious little ankle biters. From ruffled bassinets to twin sized beds and toddler accessories, right down to the rubber ducky, BTC has it.
It was built onto the empty Magnolia Promenade lot but will fit in any 30x20 or larger lot.
BTC features an open sales floor with a showcase style arrangement and a customer bathroom on the first floor.
A staircase leads to the second floor which houses an employee break room, bathroom complete with shower, and even a quiet room for relaxing or taking a nap during those stressful work days. The second floor is build ideally to be locked and accessible to the owners and employee's (but you will have to lock the door yourself of course).
There is even a small yard out the back entrance with a little playground to entertain the smallest of shoppers (or you could mark the items for sale if you prefer).
You will need the base game and the Get To Work (GTW) expansion pack for this lot to work.

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
